The TDA8-M Media Card Reader/Writer offers high performance in a compact, rugged product footprint. A Tableau T8 Forensic USB Bridge and TDA8-M combination offers write blocked access to CF-I, CF-II, Smart Media^™, Memory Stick^™, Memory Stick PRO^™, Memory Stick DUO^™, Memory Stick PRO DUO^™, Micro Drive^™, Mutimedia Card^™, Secure Digital Card^™, MINI Secure Digital Card^™, and XD^™ flash memory cards.

The TDA8-M is bus powered and requires no external power supply. The TDA8-M supports USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 transfer rates of 480 Mbits/second and 12 Mbits/second, respectively. When used independent of the Tableau T8, the TDA8-M functions as a non writeblocked general purpose flash memory reader/writer.
