Due to the nature of computer hardware and special order parts, ForensicPC has a no-returns policy on new purchases.  Should there be an exceptional circumstance where you need to return a product, it must be pre-authorized and is subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.  We do not accept returns on computer systems, software, or non-stock items.  All requests must be made within 30 days and non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our experts will be happy to consult with you to answer any questions you may have. We have a very strong forensics background and use everything we sell during our own investigations.

Also note that many products do not ship same day. Please keep this in mind when choosing shipping options as they will only affect delivery times from the date the product actually ships.
