In-stock merchandise ships same-day for orders placed before 2pm EST.  Please note that many items are ordered on-demand and may take 3-5 business days before shipping.  If you have any questions on whether your item will ship out immediately, please call us at 800-474-2947. We understand that there are often extenuating circumstances and will do what we can to expedite shipping when possible.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground.  Expedited orders and overseas shipments are processed through Federal Express.  The recipient assumes all responsibility for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.
